Imminent Decision on Immediate Halting Import of Mercury

Khartoum, Oct. 10 (SUNA) - A source at the Ministry of Energy and Mining said that the mi-nistry will start to immediately stop importing mercury and drying the country of the existing quantities, so that its use will be completely stopped in 2020. As regards cyanimide, the source stressed that there will commitment to the strict standards on it its use. ab/MO
