Arab Bank grants Sudan $ 10 million to confront Corona pandemic

Khartoum, Dec. 8 (SUNA) – The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, met today at his office in the Republican Palace with the delegation of the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADIA) headed by Mr. Fahd Al-Dossari, the bank’s Chairman of Board of Directors. Fahd Al-Dossari, announced in a press statement that the bank has donated an exceptional grant to Sudan the amount of 10 million dollars to address the Corona pandemic and confront the damage caused by the floods in the country. Al-Dossari has expressed thanks and appreciation to the Sudanese government for its support for the Arab Bank to fully assume its role, praising it for hosting the bank’s headquarters. ta
