Al-Burhan meets Volker

Khartoum, Nov 9 (SUNA) – The Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief, Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan met, today, at his office, the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary General and the Head of the UN Integrated Transitional Assistant Mission in Sudan (UNITAMS), Volker Perthes. The meeting affirmed the importance of continuation of the dialogue and the consultations with the different political forces to reach an agreement on the structures of the Transitional Authority to Guarantee the success of the Transitional Period and he formation of an elected0-civilian government. Volker has outlined that he will meet all the political forces to bridge the gap in viewpoints of all the parties. IF/IF
