Commander in Chief affirms protection of Transition
Khartoum, Nov 9 (SUNA) – The Army Commander-in-Chief, Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan reviewed , today with the Ambassadors of the US,UK and the Kingdom of Norway accredited to Khartoum the current political developments in the country. Al-Burhan who met the diplomats at his office, renewed his keenness to protect the transition and making a success the democratic transformation for reaching an elected-civilian government. The two sides affirmed he importance of dialogue with all the political forces in the country, speeding up the formation of the Sovereignty Council and the cabinet of independent national technocrats and the completion of the structures of the transitional authority. The meeting stressed the necessity for joint cooperation between the Sudan and Troika countries to strengthen the relations to serve the interests of the peoples of these countries. IF/IF
