General Yassir Al-Atta: The Next Phase Will Witness Integration of Supporting Forces into Regular Institutions Without Exception

Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces General Yassir Abdelrahman Al-Atta said that the next phase will witness the integration of supporting forces into the country’s regular institutions without exception.
Addressing troops on duty, General Al-Atta stated that the integration will include the Armed Forces, the Police Forces, and the General Intelligence Service, in line with the established requirements and standards for joining these institutions. He noted that the process will cover all supporting forces that fought alongside the army in the War of Dignity, including the Joint Forces, Sudan Shield, Al-Baraa Battalions, the Revolutionary Battalions, and the Popular Resistance, without exception.
Al-Atta added that mechanisms for implementing the integration will be activated soon and will proceed immediately, without waiting for any additional timelines. He further explained that the state and the military bear the responsibility for those who choose not to join the regular institutions, by providing them with vocational training and access to trades and professions that ensure a dignified livelihood, enabling them to reintegrate into society and continue contributing to national reconstruction.
