Egyptian President Receives Prime Minister

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of Egypt received Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris today at Al-Ittihadiya Palace, in the presence of Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly and the delegations of the two brotherly countries.
During the meeting, President El-Sisi renewed Egypt’s full support for Sudan’s security and stability, affirming Cairo’s backing for Sudan’s legitimate institutions and its commitment to the unity and territorial integrity of the country.
The discussions also addressed ways to strengthen joint cooperation between the two countries, as well as regional and international coordination on issues of mutual concern, in a manner that serves the interests of the two brotherly peoples.
For his part, Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris expressed his appreciation to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for the warm reception and hospitality. He commended Egypt’s supportive role toward Sudan in various regional and international forums, reaffirming the deep-rooted ties binding the peoples of the two countries and underscoring the shared commitment to advancing bilateral cooperation across all fields.
