President of TSC meets European Union's Special Envoy for Horn of Africa

The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, met in his office, Dr. Annette Weber, the European Union Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa.
The EU envoy said in a press statement: "After the meetings we had with the civil and military components, we look forward to the next step of forming a government that encourages the EU to provide support to meet the needs of the Sudanese people." Ambassador Weber added that the formation of a government in the near future makes us renew the commitment of the EU to support Sudan and enables us to work side by side to build the future of Sudan.
