Prime Minister Affirms Strong Relations with Morocco, Discusses Enhancing Bilateral Cooperation
Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris, during his meeting Tuesday in Port Sudan with Moroccan Ambassador Mohammed Maâtainin, in the presence of Foreign Minister Ambassador Mohy-Eddin Salim, affirmed the strong Sudanese-Moroccan relations and Sudan’s keenness to enhance them in the interest of both brotherly countries.
Ambassador Mohammed Maâtainin told the press that he discussed with the Prime Minister the bilateral relations between the two countries, ways to strengthen and develop them, and advancing them further, in addition to issues of common interest in the Arab, regional, and international arenas.
Ambassador Maâtainin expressed his thanks and appreciation for Sudan’s supportive positions regarding Moroccan nominations in regional and international forums, emphasizing his country’s support for everything that contributes to achieving security and stability in Sudan.
