TSC Member Jabir Meets UN Secretary-General

Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Jabir met with the United Nations (UN) Secretary-General António Guterres in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, where he is visiting to participate in the Arab League Summit.
TSC member presented Sudan's vision regarding the developments in Sudan, particularly the targeting of civil institutions in Port Sudan and other cities with drones.
TSC member emphasized that this type of drone cannot be possessed by a militia, and that the United Arab Emirates is behind these drones.
For his part, the UN Secretary-General described the targeting of civil facilities with drones as a dangerous development in light of the efforts being made to stop the war, noting that the United Nations looks forward to positive visions, especially regarding the roadmap proposed by Sudan and the possibility of its implementation in cooperation with the United Nations and international organizations.
