TSC President Issues Constitutional Decree Appointing Wahbi Mohamed Mokhtar as Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court
President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, on Saturday issued a constitutional decree appointing Dr. Wahbi Mohamed Mokhtar as Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court. He directed the relevant authorities to implement the decision.
The appointment is based on the recommendation of the National Judicial Service Commission.
