TSC Mourns Jebel Marra Landslide Victims
The Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic landslide in Jebel Marra, which claimed the lives of hundreds of innocent citizens following heavy rainfall in the area.
The Council extended heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and to the Sudanese people at large, praying for mercy upon the martyrs and a swift recovery for the injured. It further affirmed that all possible resources will be mobilized to provide support and relief to those affected by this painful disaster. “Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.”
